DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders are supplied on a proforma basis, paid in advance. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Payments received before 12 PM are usually dispatched the same day.
We offer nationwide box and pallet delivery, with selected products available on a next-day service. Most items may take 3–5 working days.
During checkout, you can request a preferred delivery date, which we will confirm by email. Deliveries operate Monday to Friday across the UK.
Please note that we supply and deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Next Working Day Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver your order next working day before 4pm by our van or APC Overnight or DX. Delivery address have to be within our standard delivery area and your payment has cleared by the cut off period.
The cut off time is 12pm so if an order is placed before 12pm on Monday you will receive your order on Tuesday before 4pm. If the order is placed after 12pm the order will be delivered on Wednesday.
Standard 2-4 Working Days Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver your order in 2 to 4 working days with Evri or DX. Delivery address have to be within our standard delivery area and your payment has cleared by the cut off period.
The cut off time is 12pm so if an order is placed before 12pm on Monday you will receive your order on Thursday-Friday. If the order is placed after 12pm the order could be delivered on Saturday-Monday the following week.
Working Days Explained:
Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (excluding any bank or national holidays) Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a bank or national holiday cannot be processed until the first working day after that and therefore will be treated as if ordered on that day. For example, an order placed on Saturday is treated as if it was ordered on Monday (unless Monday is a bank or national holiday) at 8 am.
Bulk and Nationwide Deliveries
All products, whether single items, bulk orders, or flatpack kitchens, are delivered nationwide across the UK.
Box deliveries: small and medium-sized items are sent by courier on a next-day service. Selected items may take 3–5 working days.
Pallet deliveries: larger or bulk orders (such as kitchens, baths, panels, or sheet materials) are shipped securely by pallet for safe handling.
If there are any stock or delivery issues, we will notify you within 24 hours by phone or email and provide an alternative or a full refund.
Standard Deliveries
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during working hours (7 am – 4 pm).Weekend deliveries may be arranged on request, subject to an additional charge.Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Drivers are requested to call ahead, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made to the nearest accessible roadside to the delivery address.A valid mobile or landline number must be provided at the delivery point.Someone must be present at the address to accept and assist with bulky items such as kitchens, baths, panels, or appliances.
Delivery Coordination
Due to the range of products we supply, not all items may arrive on the same vehicle. If you require consolidated delivery, please let us know in advance.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order. This ensures you always receive the most accurate and cost-effective rate.
RETURNS
Any shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims made outside this period cannot be accepted.
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided that:
The item has not been used
The item is in mint, resalable condition
The buyer covers the cost of return (or it will be deducted from the refund)
Your original order number or invoice must be supplied with every return request.
Please check your order carefully at the time of delivery and only sign the delivery note if you are satisfied with the condition. If you are not happy, please refuse delivery so the order can be returned to our warehouse for exchange or refund.
If an item is damaged on opening or found to be faulty after initial use, please contact us via the contact page or email with full details and supporting photographs.
Special order products and clearance items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
Any returns that are unauthorised or do not include the required paperwork will be refused and sent back to the customer.
WARRANTY INFORMATION

Kitchens, panels, baths, sanitaryware, and ironmongery:
All items are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the point of delivery.
If a product is found to be damaged or faulty, please notify us within 30 days with proof of purchase and supporting details (including photographs where possible).
Depending on the issue, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Manufacturer warranties:
Many of our products come with additional warranties provided by the manufacturer (for example, on hardware or fittings).
Customers are encouraged to register products directly with the manufacturer where applicable to benefit from extended coverage.
Exclusions:
Normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow installation guidelines are not covered.
Special order or clearance items are supplied as final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or return unless faulty.
